Customers only have access to the files they buy.
Attach any number of files to your products. Mix and match.
Use a web address instead of a file to sell access to a private website. |
| 3. Customer buys your digital product and receives a download password. |
 |
Customer Receives a Download Password
The customer's password is provided on a receipt webpage, by email, or both.
A unique password is automatically created for each order.
All passwords are recorded, and can be looked up by store Administrators.
Even if a customer's order includes a dozen files, they only need one password.
Customers may download files only after their payment has been approved. |
| 4. Customer downloads the files they purchased. |
 |
Customer Downloads their Files
Tracks the date and IP address of all of the download attempts.
The URL of your files is not revealed to the user, preventing "leeching".
Each file can have a unique expiration date.
Limit the number of times each file can be downloaded.
The download history is recorded in your store's Admin area.
Restrict download permission by IP address. Prevents password sharing.
If you've used a website URL instead of a file, the Download button will change to Visit Website, and will load the site within your store's downloads area; without revealing the source URL of the website. |
